House Rules

-No Smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the waste receptacle provided. -No vaping inside the home. -No shoes in the house. Remove them at the door upon entering. Shoe rack is provided. House shoes/slippers are allowed. -No parties. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. -No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. -Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour if you stay past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11 am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm. They need enough time to thoroughly clean the home. Thanks for reading these rules and sharing them with your guests!

Neighborhood

This apartment is located near the intersection of North and Glen Flora Ave. in Waukegan in a charming neighborhood. There is beautiful Victory Park one block away with playgrounds, baseball fields, walking path, and plenty of green space to run and play. We are half a mile from Vista East Medical Center, as well as St. Anastasia's Catholic Church and Glen Flora Elementary School. The Great Lakes Naval Base is 10 minutes away. Gurnee, Illinois is about 15 minutes away. Six Flags is 13 minutes from this home. We are about an hour away from Chicago and Milwaukee.

Guest Access

You can park in the 2-car garage (space for 1 car) and also you can fit 2 cars in the driveway. The driveway is BRAND NEW ASPHALT and can comfortably fit your vehicle.

Find us

There is public transportation available nearby. The PACE bus# 561 stops on Glen Flora Ave, which is 0.2miles or a 5 minute walk from the house. The Waukegan Metra Station is about 2.5 miles away and has trains throughout the day going to Chicago and all along the North Shore. I recommend renting a car to be able to access all of the Greater Chicagoland area.
