House Rules

- No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. - No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground—please use the waste receptacle provided or throw them away in the trash bin. - No parties or events. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. - No outdoor shoes in the house. Please remove them at the door upon entering. House shoes/slippers are welcome. - Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome to stay. - Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for our neighbors. - Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm and they need enough time to thoroughly clean the home.
