- No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. - No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the waste receptacle provided or throw away in trash bin. - No parties or events. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. - No shoes in the house. Please remove them at the door upon shoes/slippers are welcome. - Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome to stay. - Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for our neighbors. - Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour if you stay past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm. They need enough time to thoroughly clean the home. Thank you for reading these rules and sharing them with your guests!
